According to the Evening Post the Broadmarsh development won't be happening for at least two years (suprise suprise!).

I can remember a year ago talking about how work would probably start just when were about to enter a recession and how it would end up as a museum of boarded up shops. In light of the current economic climate and the imminent arrival of peak oil, the broadmarsh development is likely to be a huge waste of money and resources. So as one of the ideas behind transition is to offer alternative that are better how can we present a better design for a run down area of town?
