At the Open Space on 6th June we discussed the need for our organisation to evolve to support our success and build on this for the future.
The attached document descibes the proposed new structure in more detail.
There is also a diagram for people like me who relate well to pictures!

If you would like to be involved, please come to the AGM on 12th July, 10am at the ICC where we will propose this, and appoint the officers.

If you would like to fill one of the roles, please post a short paragraph on the forum to tell everyone about yourself.
If you would like to suggest someone for a job, because you think they'd be good but might not propose themselves, you can do that too, but please ask the person if it's OK first!

I may have missed this but where are the list of roles and descriptions?
