Minutes of AGM 12th July

Please find attached the minutes of the Transition Nottingham AGM on 12th July.
Everyone who was there has seen them and they have been more or less agreed.
I would suggest that any further discussion could be conducted on the forum. We will not be able to alter anything until 3rd August at the earliest as we are away.
Thank you to everyone who came to the meeting, to the facilitators and to Ginge for doing the minutes.
Also attached is a summary of the accounts presented by Pete at the meeting and agreed (see minutes), and a copy of the current constitution.

As part of an event organised in Beeston and discussions at openspace I set up a myspace and email account.  The idea was to use these for contacts for an entertainment group.  If people still want to use these then email
